Private parties are available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm. Weekday morning or afternoon parties may be available contact us to inquire.

Absolutely, we require that you pay for at least 8 people to book a private party however you can absolutely have less attend and participate. There’s no minimum required to attend and still fun with a smaller group.

Yes, yes and yes. You can bring decorations for the 4-foot table and we’ll provide a black table cloth. If you’d like to bring refreshments, we welcome items that can be consumed quickly and cleaned up easily such as chocolate covered strawberries or cupcakes. Large food spreads are not welcome do to limited space and time. Wine or Champagne to toast at the beginning of your lesson is acceptable. We do not allow hard liquor, cocktails and mixed drinks for safety/liability reasons.

When you look good, you feel good and ultimately dance sexy! We recommend encouraging your guest to keep that in mind when deciding what to wear. Some popular Vixen party attire includes bodysuits, fishnets, shorts and skirts or keep it simple...leggings paired with a tank top. Heels are encouraged but not required. Bare feet are welcome and common for first-time students.

No, heels are always optional at parties. However, if you care to dare we recommend them. They make your butt and legs look great ;).

All party deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your party reservation, we require 48 hours prior notice via phone or email at info@vixendance.com. Any party cancelled less than 48 hours in advance is considered a “late cancel” and the $100 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. If the reservation is cancelled prior to the “late cancel” period, you are welcome to reschedule your party in the future with the same deposit or use the deposit payment towards future in-studio classes. Any cancellations on site or those that fail to show for their scheduled reservation, will be charged the full balance due; there will be no exceptions.

No, both our parties and classes are strictly for women only. We apologize in advance, but there is absolutely no exception to this policy even at private parties.

All parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Balances are due 3 days prior to the party in full. We do not hold calendar spots without a deposit.

If you’d like to request a specific instructor for your party, please contact us prior to booking via email info@vixendance.com to check instructor availability otherwise an available party instructor will be assigned at our discretion.

If you have more than 8 people attending the day of your party, you can pay at the front desk for additional people over 8 upon check-in. There will be no one admitted once the party has started.

No, however we recommend only inviting those that want to participate so that everyone feels comfortable. You will be charged for everyone that is present even if they do not participate.
